The most recognizable good-guy-turn-bad-guy-then-back-to-good-guy character, the Sith Lord himself, Lord Vader from the original Star Wars trilogy has gotten its deserving Black Series treatment and dare we say, in a pretty stunning fashion.
As expected of a Black Series figure, the Star Wars The Black Series Hyperreal Darth Vader Figure features super realistic detailing and articulation, along with an exterior skin and interior skeletal structure which means, you ain’t going to see ugly ass joints. Now, that’s something we can drink to. Seriously, we have always wanted quality figures with no visible joints and without having to part with an arm or a leg.
The only downside is, it is rather small like the rest of the Black Series figures. It stands at just 8 inches. Though so, it is not lacking of details, including Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back movie-inspired detail and fabric costuming. Each figure comes with multiple interchangeable hands, a figure stand, as well as a bunch of accessories for display.
