Jordan Brand x Levi’s Air Jordan IV and Reversible Trucker Jacket

Earlier this month, Nike has unveiled another collaboration between Jordan Brand and the granddaddy of denim, Levi’s. This time round, the collaboration presents a denim combo comprising of a pair of Air Jordan IV and a Levi Strauss & Co. reversible Trucker Jacket. I don’t know about you, but me think a pair of kicks is denim is destined for display only. I mean, look at it. It is so beautiful that you will not want to soil it. This unique pair of Jordan features a standard wash denim on the upper, reverse denim on the liner and insole, a remixed Levi’s iconic “Two Horses” paper patch with Jumpman logo on the rogue and hangtag, gum details on the outsole, gold stitching, indigo-color laces and finally, topping off with another Levi’s signature, the Levi’s Red Tab. This Levi’s Jacket Not Only Look Smart, But It Is Actually Smart

The denim jacket you see is from denim apparel maker, Levi’s. It may not look like much, but it could very well be the most high-tech jacket after the real-life Marty McFly’s self-drying jacket. Called Commuter Trucker Jacket with Jacquard, this outwear is the first product to feature Jacquard technology, a connected apparel platform developed by Google ATAP (Google’s Advanced Technology and Projects group). Yeah, you’d be right to say that this apparel is a wearable tech. From what we have read, it is primarily designed for cyclists, offering the wearing the warm when needed and also enable its wearer to do things such as control music, ask what song is playing, get directions, or reading incoming texts, by just swiping or tapping the jacket sleeve. Here’s The Origin Of The Small Pocket On Jeans And Its Original Intended Use

Have you ever wonder what the small pocket on jeans is actually for? I have, but never gotten to find out until now. This seemingly unimportant stitched slot has come a long way and as far as modern folks are concerned, it is a handy holding place for a variety of small stuff like coins, loose keys, lighters and even flash drive and Bluetooth tracker. However, when it was first conceived by the grandaddy of Jeans, Levi Strauss Co., it was actually designed to hold pocket watches. When jeans first appeared in 1873, most men carried pocket watches and hence, that little pocket there served as an easy-access placeholder to the timepiece of choice of that era.
