Nissan 240SX Converted To A Truck Without A Truck Frame And It Is LIFTED

Converting a sports car into a truck is not the newest new. Converting a sports car into a truck without a truck frame is also beginning to be a norm, but one that is without a truck frame under it and lifted? Now, that’s something rather new to us. Well, we do note that it maybe considered blasphemous to some to convert a 1995 240SX into a truck and LIFTED, but I thought this particular example that was once on sale on Craigslist was pretty sweet. According to its owner, it is completely road-legal and it is also off-road capable. And why not? It is, after all, lifted and has just the right set of shoes, doesn’t she? Here’s what it had to offer for $4,300: Continue reading Nissan 240SX Converted To A Truck Without A Truck Frame And It Is LIFTED

Robot Escapes Testing Facility, Went On The Run On The Streets Of Russia

In a scene that closely resembles one from sci-fi movies, a robot has escaped its human overlords from its testing facility in Russia and it was on the loose for a good 40 minutes before its onboard battery conked out and came to a halt in the middle of road, causing a minor traffic disruption. No one was harmed in this fiasco, though and do not be alarmed either, it is not scenario of robot revolting against us cos’ this particular robot is not as sophisticated and advanced as Sonny, and it does not have equal level of AI to enable it to harm humans either. The non-human escapee obviously does not have the dexterity to pick lock to enable the dash; its escape was made possible by an engineer who forgot to shut the gate when he made his way to the office. This Teacher’s Drawing Skill Is As Good As Pro Illustrators, If Not Better

Don’t you hate it when a teacher tries to illustrate something on the blackboard but ended with nothing but drawings that doesn’t make any sense? It happens… to most teachers, but not in the case of Chuan-Bin Chung. Chung is a science substitute teacher in Taiwan and unlike most teachers, he has the knack for drawing and in his case, he is particularly apt in illustrating human anatomy. Chung is somewhat like a perfectionist. He even go to the extend of preparing his illustrations on papers before drawing and explaining it live in front of his students and when he draws, he made sure he employ the correct art techniques to ensure accuracy. Holy Smoke! Giant Flying Octopus Spotted Lording Over Singapore’s Sky

At one point, some Singaporeans must have thought they have met impending doom when they witnessed an alien overlord hovering above Marina Barrage. Luckily, it wasn’t so. Singapore is a tiny island, which means it will take a while before alien can spot it from outer space. They (the aliens) will probably find Sarawak a much easier find, or they will land on U.S.A first, as it always happen in the movies. Anyways, as you can see from the screenshot and the video after the break, this thing is enormous. Like, really, really enormous. It is so big that it makes the flying squid next to it looks like child’s play. According to Singapore’s national paper, The Straits Times, it took six people to get this thing up into the sky and keeping it aloft was another challenge. Continue reading Holy Smoke! DIY Drill-powered Skateboard Left Us Pretty Much Speechless

As cool as an electric skateboard is, not everyone can afford to drop a grand for it, but that doesn’t mean you have to live without it. Well, that’s if you have the knack of tinkering and you have a battery-powered electric drill lying around. That, plus some other stuff like bolts, spare grinding brush et cetera. As shown by Igor from Inspire To Make, he has successful converted a regular longboard into an electric one and all he did was to modify one of the front wheels to fit a flexible drill bit extender. From the looks of it, it looks pretty much like a real electric-powered longboard, except that it does not have wireless control like most such board touts since the flexible drill bit extender has to run the length from the hand to the wheel. HoverBars Turn Hoverboard Into A Ski-like Electric Vehicle For Safety’s Sake

It looks like BoatsToGo is not the only company peddling accessory tailored specifically for the so-called Hoverboard. As it turns out, a duo (one of them is medical practitioner) has created an accessory that will turn your Hoverboard into a safer electric vehicle. As you may have learned, perhaps in a hard way, a sense of balancing is mandatory when riding this two-wheeled electric-power board, but with the HoverBars, as it is called, it bestows your tiny electric ride with adjustable outriggers to make the whole learning-to-balance process safer and if that’s not enough, there’s a pair of ski-like handles too, to boost your confidence as you learn to “hover.” Continue reading HoverBars Turn Hoverboard Into A Ski-like Electric Vehicle For Safety’s Sake

This Is How An Ancient Warrior Take A Drone Out Of The Sky

A drone taken out of the sky by a jet ski was pure accident, but this one here was clearly intentional and thanks to the proliferation of drones, which consequently annoy the hell out of the general population, intentional eliminating of drones is not something new today. This one, however, was pretty unfortunate and cool at the same time. Why? Because it was taken down by a Russian in an ancient warrior getup with, wait for this… a spear. Now, that’s something, isn’t it? Though there’s no telling how high the drone was flying when it was compelled to obey the law of gravity. The ancient Russia warrior versus imaging drone scenario was played out when the drone in question was out capturing a historical re-enactment in Lipetsk region, in central Russia. New Power Rangers Ditches Vinyl Suit For Iron Man-style Armored Getup

Power Rangers have finally caught up with time, starting with the look and boy, do they look all too Iron Man-ish. The film won’t hit the silverscreen until next March, but the production company can’t wait to share with the world how the new mighty superheroes look like in their battle-ready getups. Gone are the vinyl-spandex heavy costume and in is armored body suit which production designer Andrew Menzies explains to Entertainment Weekly as “alien costume that grows on them” and not actually manmade, or cobbled up in the Rangers’ basement. KFC-flavored Nail Polish: Now, That’s Literally Finger Lickin’ Good!

I remember when I was younger, KFC used to serve fried chickens with real plates and proper cutlery (yes, I am that old). In the early years, the management decided to dispense with the formality and took on the disposable route, which kind of makes sense as one of its very first and arguably most recognizable slogan was “Finger Lickin’ Good.” The slogan was dropped, picked up, dropped, made a comeback and eventually dropped again. Notwithstanding, the slogan is what most people associate KFC with and as it turns out, KFC Hong Kong is not only still using the slogan, but it has taken the concept of “Finger Lickin’ Good” to a whole new level with edible nail polish that tastes like, well, KFC fried chicken, of course. And yes, it is a real thing. Continue reading KFC-flavored Nail Polish: Now, That’s Literally Finger Lickin’ Good!

We Hate To Break It To You, But 50-Year-Old Bigfoot Footage Is Officially Fake

As mankind is exploring the next frontier, there are still boatloads of mysteries that have yet been solved, right here on planet Earth. One such mystery that top the world’s mysteries chart is no doubt Bigfoot or otherwise known as Sasquatch, the legendary and almost mythical simian that said to roam certain forests. The speculation of Bigfoot started long before Internet became a thing. It all began when some folks purportedly captured a footage of the elusive hairy ape-like creature walking along a northern California river bank towards the forested area.
