Totoro & Satsuki LEGO BrickHeadz MOC

I am not going lie. When LEGO first introduces BrickHeadz back in 2017, I think it is a complete BS. Then, somehow, this bobble head (though the head does not bobble) character building set of the Brick world started grow on me. Yes, I regret calling it a total bulls. My bad. I apologize for my myopic view on BrickHeadz. Anyways… my admiration for this small LEGO sets has gotten stronger – thanks to Kendall Brown who shown us that BrickHeadz can be absolutely cool.

Brown has been creating digital versions of many recognizable anime, cartoon and pop culture characters, including Evangelion Unit-01, Dragon Ball Z’s Goku, Star Wars’ Admiral Ackbar and Master Yoda, Peter Venkman of Ghostbusters, Calvin & Hobbes, Winnie the Pooh and more. But nothing catches my heart more than the star of My Neighbor Totoro (1988, Studio Ghibli), Totoro, the forest spirit that is kind of a mix bag animals. What’s even more adorable was, Brown has recreated the iconic scene, with a little help from Photoshop, of Totoro and Satsuki standing side-by-side in the rain.

Sadly, Totoro & Satsuki LEGO BrickHeadz MOC isn’t real, but Totoro LEGO BrickHeadz could be. If it gets 10,000 support on LEGO Ideas in the next 222 days, it will have a shot to be shortlisted and even get selected as a LEGO set. So, if you like what Kendall Brown’s Totoro LEGO BrickHeadz, then why not chip in your support on LEGO Ideas? Come on, folks, lets make it happen!
