Transformers Autobot leader Optimus Prime is taking a break from kicking Decepticons’ butts to celebrate the holiday season by becoming Transformers Generations Holiday Optimus Prime.
As Transformers Generations Holiday Optimus Prime, Prime is rocking holiday-inspired deco and details, including a red-and-white colorway, Santa Claus Autobot faction logo on the trailer, green-tinted windows and headlights, and of course, snow deco details.
Holiday Prime comes equipped with his iconic Ion Blaster in candy cane deco, a Matrix of the Holiday Spirit, and truck trailer accessories. The trailer attaches to Happy Holiday Prime when in his semi truck mode and opens up to become a battle station, albeit a pretty spartan one.
Unfortunately, Optimus ain’t no Santa and so, a Santa hat is not part of his accessories which I think is a missed opportunity.
The Transformers Generations Holiday Optimus Prime is available for pre-order for US$55.99 with shipping to start on December 01, 2022.
