It looks like Hasbro and Hot Wheels are not quite done milking the Twin Mill mold yet. Joining the latest wave of Transformers x Hot Wheels Collaborative figures is, yes, another Twin Mill Transformer. Before Twin Mill fans sharpen their pitchforks, this is not an entirely new mold. It is essentially an alternate-color version of the previous Twin Mill release. Whether that excites you or triggers your “ah, yes, another recolor” reflex depends entirely on how much you love this iconic fantasy car.
Fortunately, the wave is not just about repaint business. Also joining the lineup are the El Segundo Coupe and GT-Scorcher transforming figures, both based on Hot Wheels fantasy cars rather than real-world automobiles. Which honestly feels very fitting because Hot Wheels has always been at its best when it goes full “some designer definitely sketched this during a sugar rush.”

The El Segundo Coupe transforms into a low-slung custom coupe with exaggerated proportions that scream modern Hot Wheels design language, while GT-Scorcher looks like the kind of track machine that would collect speeding tickets even while parked.
The El Segundo Coupe is a 12.5 cm (5-inch) action figure that converts between robot and racecar modes in 17 steps. The only blue car/bot in this wave, it features a racing livery and the number 68, along with fairly discreetly placed Autobot and Hot Wheels logos. It comes with two blue blast-effect pieces that can serve as exhaust blasts or as effects for the double-barrel gun.
The Transformers Collaborative Hot Wheels x Transformers El Segundo Coupe is available for pre-order now for US$34.99, and it is expected to ship around June 01, 2026.

The GT-Scorcher is also a 12.5 cm (5-inch) tall action figure. It converts between robot and racecar modes in 23 steps. It is presented as a red racecar with strong Pikes Peak vibes. You know, very low-slung, huge spoiler, and a front lip that sticks way out. Very cool car. It rocks white racing stripes, the number 8, along with Autobot and Hot Wheels logos all over the place like some of Hot Wheels’ original-design die-cast collectibles. It even appears to have “HW”—presumably for Hot Wheels—written in Cybertronian font. No blast-effect parts for this little guy, though.

Meanwhile, Twin Mill still looks appropriately ridiculous in both modes, complete with the signature exposed twin-engine setup that made the die-cast version legendary in the first place. Recolor or not, the design itself still slaps. As before, Twin Mill’s bot mode is a 12.5 cm (5-inch) action figure. It converts between robot and racecar modes in 21 steps. This time, it comes in red molded plastic with new racing stripes, plus Hot Wheels and Transformers Autobot branding. It also has the “HW”—presumably for Hot Wheels—in Cybertronian font. It comes with two flame accessory pieces that can serve as exhaust blasts or as blast effects for its two exhaust-turned-guns.
