Wargaming.net, the company behind the ‘World Of’ series of massively multiplayer online (MMO) video games, has teamed up with Hasbro to bring Transformers into one of its game, World of Warships.

As odd as it may sound, it is happening. Autobots and Decepticons slug-fest will be happening on waters. For this crossover, Autobots and Decepticons will be introduced as themed ship skins and commanders in the game.

Four Transformers characters will be released initially as unique ship skins and commanders. Optimus Prime will be join by Bumblebee for the Autobots faction while Decepticons are represented by evil boss Megatron and Rumble.

For those who demand attention to details, you will be glad to know that the characters are true scale to the legendary warships.

In addition to the skins and commanders, there are other contents too, including special Transformers containers, dedicated in-game tasks and combat missions, expendable camouflages, commemorative flags and patches – just to name a few.

Hasbro’s Transformers will join World of Warships in an update in September. Meanwhile, here’s the official trailer:
