German sporting goods giant Adidas has announced mobile device cases updated for the latest iPhone 6, 6 Plus, and Samsung Galaxy S5. Along with those, it is also rolling out cases for iPad Air, iPad mini, and 13- and 15-inch laptops. Naturally, you can expect the world famous three stripes branding, stitched on the cases, as well as the Trefoil logo embossed on the cases. Made of faux leather, the mobile phone cases also features printed microfiber lining to keep the phone scratch-free and offers access to all ports and buttons. The mobile cases are available in three models: molded (basically, snap-on case), booklet or flip.
The molded cases feature rubber coated sides for enhanced grip, while the booklet case offers a ID and credit card-friendly slip pocket at the back. The protective flip case, on the other hand, boast a hidden magnet for closure, and of course, microfiber lining on the inside. The announcement also includes a premium collection launched exclusively for Apple stores, both on- and offline retails, in two festive colors: gold/white and white on white (not so impressed with this one actually, just saying…). However, these exclusives are only made for iPhone 5 and 5s and offered in two styles: molded and booklet.
There are also a slew of other accessory catering to other brands and models, including some laptop sleeves. Prices for the accessories start at $35 and runs up to as much as $60, and they will be available in early December on Apple online store and Adidas web store. Last checked, they are not up in those stores yet.
