Next month is a special month for fans of the video game franchise Fallout because it is the month when the Fallout TV series goes live on Prime Video. Based on arguably one of the greatest video game series of our time, Fallout is set in a post-apocalyptic and retro-futuristic world, decades after, well, nuclear fallout. Here’s the official words for folks who have no idea what the series is about:
“200 years after the apocalypse, the gentle denizens of luxury fallout shelters are forced to return to the irradiated hellscape their ancestors left behind — and are shocked to discover an incredibly complex, gleefully weird and highly violent universe waiting for them. From executive producers Jonathan Nolan and Lisa Joy, the creators of Westworld, starring Ella Purnell, Aaron Moten, Walton Goggins and more.”
The first season will have eight episodes. All episodes will be available starting on April 11, 2024, on Prime Video. Well, this is kind of a refreshing change. This allows fans who want to binge to do so.
Anyhoo, skip ahead for the said official trailer.
