For ladies who thought the first Baby-G x Pokémon watch isn’t as lady-like, we have good news. There’s a new Baby-G x Pokémon watch, the BA110PKC-4A. The new Baby-G x Pokémon features everyone’s favorite Pokémon, Pikachu.
However, the timepiece isn’t in yellow. I am not sure why Casio keeps avoiding using yellow. I mean, seriously, if its Pikachu-themed, it should be yellow. Period. Of course, the lack of yellow colorway does not make this analog-digital watch any less attractive.
Special features include camouflage pattern and female Pikachu with a heart-shaped tail on the watch band, pink tail on the strap keeper, and the image of Pikachu etched on the case back.
The hour and minute hands also evoke the face of Pikachu, but it is really, really subtle. I am guessing only hardcore fans will be able to see the resemblance.
Like the first Baby-G x Pokémon watch, the new Casio Baby-G x Pokémon BA110PKC-4A Watch also gets a special packaging inspired by the iconic Poké Ball.
Beyond the Pikachu-inspired cosmetics, the BA110PKC-4A features the usual G-Shock technology, including shock resistant, water resistance to 100 meters, Super Illuminator LED light, World Time (48 cities + UTC), 1/100 sec. stopwatch, and more.
