How much are you a fan of Star Wars? The original trilogy, not the newer episodes. You know what. Don’t answer that because, most likely you won’t be as huge as a fan than Ben, Ferroh12 and Brick_Phil. How so? Because these three person have gotten together to create what could be the most detailed Star Wars Battle of Hoth scene, specifically the part where the Imperial forces are about to breach the Hoth Echo Base, using nothing but LEGO bricks. We do not know how long it took these three LEGO/Star Wars super fans to build this, but I guess a piece count of over 200,000 should a hint that it had took weeks, if not months to complete.
This absolutely mind-blowing LEGO diorama is aptly titled “Winter of Hoth” was completed last month, just in time for its debut at October’s Brick a Dole show in France. According to a report, the builders credit many other fellow LEGO/Star Wars enthusiasts for the building techniques and vehicle designs employed in this crazy awesome bricks of art. Now, you may be thinking: LEGO diorama of epic proportion is nothing new. Well, you are right, except that this set here stands out as one that features two key vehicles of this scene, the pair of AT-ATs and the Millennium Falcon, are actually scaled to the minifigures. How cool is that, right?
