Look away if spoilers get on your nerve because the Guardians of the Galaxy Volume 3 Official Trailer has a lot of it. Well, at least, to me they are spoilers. You have been warned.
In this almost two-minute-long official trailer of the long-awaited sequel, we are treated to the Guardians’ new uniform and new spaceship and learn about Rocket’s past and how he came to be what he is now.
Spoiler alert: there is a planet full of Rocket’s kind, i.e. animal/human hybrids, and they are the result of some experiment. OK. The spoiler is not clear on that but anyhoo… we also get a glimpse of Will Poulter’s debut as Adam Warlock and surprise, surprise, the return of Gamora.
At some point, the Guardians, including Gamora, appeared to be in convict attire. Hmmm. Curious, curious. OK. Maybe there aren’t a lot of spoilers.
“In Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, our beloved band of misfits are looking a bit different these days. Still reeling from the loss of Gamora, Peter Quill must rally his team around him to defend the universe and protect one of their own. A mission that, if not completed successfully, could quite possibly lead to the end of the Guardians as we know them.”
