The iconic BMW M3 (E30) gets the detailed die-cast treatment it deserves with Hot Wheels’ new RLC Exclusive 1991 BMW M3 featuring opening doors, Real Riders wheels, and a gorgeous olive Spectraflame finish.

Perhaps a boxy BMW M3 (E30) isn’t for everyone, so here’s one that has the right proportions and curves like the OG from the ’90s. Folks, meet the Hot Wheels RLC Exclusive 1991 BMW M3.

The only trade-off is that it is 1:64 scale, which means it is smaller than palm-sized. But as a boon, it has got the lines as you remembered them, and it is loaded with details—complete with opening doors and an era-accurate tan interior.

For this RLC-exclusive edition, it features a striking olive Spectraflame finish with a matte black base, and it rolls on Real Riders, obviously, wrapping 10-spoke wheels with a painted metallic gold finish. The die-cast model is built on, you guessed it, a ZAMAC body and has light smoke-tinted windows.

The die-cast model is about as accurate as it can be. It features the classic rounded edges, the front lip, the signature four-lamp headlight setup flanking the small kidney grille, a square hood with a center bulge, flared rear fenders, and a large spoiler.

The Hot Wheels RLC Exclusive 1991 BMW M3 comes in an acrylic display case, along with a beautiful sleeve and box design. It is available for Red Line Club members, priced at US$33 a pop. If you are not a member, you will need to add US$9.99 for a one-year Hot Wheels RLC digital membership in order to buy this model.
