We have a good and a bad news. First, the bad news. We have received a DMCA take down notice for the poorly taken image posted with the article of the supposed LEGO UCS Hulkbuster: Ultron Edition at Nuremberg Toy Fair. So, we have to comply and remove the infringing image. But the silver lining is, at the same time when we received the take down notice, we read of official news coming out of New York Toy Fair with regards to this Hulkbuster UCS set. It was revealed over the weekend at the New York Toy Fair with official images along with a few critical information.
The LEGO 76105 UCS Hulkbuster: Ultron Edition will have 1,363 pieces which includes the Hulk-busting robotic suit and a display base complete with robotic arms to replicate Tony Stark’s construction platform as you have seen in the movies. Though, we all know that’s not how Hulkbuster is fitted on Iron Man Mk 43. Still, it will make for an impressive display. As expected, it is fully articulated and it boasts a head that opens up to reveal a cockpit for the included Iron Man Mark 43 minifig to fit in. In addition, it also sports a light up arc reactor on its chest and while light up gimmick is not present on the hands, it does have glow-in-the-dark elements on them.
Furthermore, the left arm will be swappable, so you can play out the Age of Ultron scene where dear Hulkbuster has a jackhammer for pounding the raging green monster. It looks like LEGO has finally done justice to the wonderful awesome silver screen Hulkbuster. I am not going to lie, I can’t hardly wait, though the asking price of $119.99 is a tad steep for a poor man like me. Anyways, expect it to hit the shelves starting March 03, 2018.
