Here’s some good news for LEGO Speed Champions collectors. Your LEGO garage probably needs an expansion cos’ there are four sets of delightful LEGO Speed Champions sets coming your way this March and they include exotic rides from McLaren, Ferrari, Pagani, and Porsche.
LEGO Speed Champions Ferrari 812 Competizione (76914)
Kicking off the list is the LEGO Speed Champions Ferrari 812 Competizione (76914) which uses 261 pieces for a small but no less accurate representation of the supercar. It features a yellow stripe across the entire running across the whole car, a black blade on the hood, raised rear wing, prominent vortex generators, distinctive headlights and taillights, and exhaust pipes.
As before, this brick-built Ferrari 812 Competizione comes with a Minifigure (a Ferrari test driver, perhaps?), complete with a helmet and wig. When completed, the flaming red supercar measures 4 cm high, 16 cm long, and 7 cm wide (around 1.5 x 6 x 2.5 inches). The LEGO Speed Champions Ferrari 812 Competizione (76914) will be available on March 01, 2023, for US$24.99. Recommended for ages 9 and up.
LEGO Speed Champions McLaren Solus GT & McLaren F1 LM (76918)
Up next is a 2-car set, the LEGO Speed Champions McLaren Solus GT & McLaren F1 LM (76918). Petrol heads and McLaren will appreciate the 76918 because the set represents two eras of the sports car maker. It features the classic F1 LM model from the 1990s and the latest Solus GT. The latter is presented with the iconic papaya orange color and features cooling ducts flanking the central driving seat.
The Solus GT also has a central driving seat, btw, and both have rear spoilers necessary to keep them sticking to the tarmac at speeds. The set is supplied with two Minifigures with helmets and wigs. All told, the set has 581 pieces. The LEGO Speed Champions McLaren Solus GT & McLaren F1 LM (76918) will be released on March 01, 2023, for US$34.99. Recommended for ages 9 and up.
LEGO Speed Champions Pagani Utopia (76915)
Next is the LEGO Speed Champions Pagani Utopia (76915) which is based on the newest hypercar from the Italian automaker. This is the first Pagani LEGO set, btw. The 249-piece set captures all the elements of the hypercar, including the signature central quad exhaust pipes, wide front grill, and the see-thru rear that reveal the engine beneath. A Minifigure driver accompanies the set.
When completed, the set is 4 cm high, 15 cm long, and 8 cm wide (about 1.5 x 5.5 x 3 inches). The LEGO Speed Champions Pagani Utopia (76915) is set to arrive on March 01, 2023, for US$24.99. The set is, of course, recommended for ages 9 and up.
LEGO Speed Champions Porsche 963 (76916)
Finally, the fourth set of the newly listed LEGO Speed Champions sets is the LEGO Speed Champions Porsche 963 (76916). Recommended for ages 9 and up, the brick-built replica of the Porsche 963 Le Mans Daytona Hybrids boasts a bunch of authentic details, including the red/black/white livery inspired by the 1980s Porsche racing cars, the prominent wheel arches, low hood, rear, and fin. It really is a little beauty.
As before, it will come supplied with a Minifigure race car driver. When completed, the mini version of this upcoming race car for Porsche customers measures 4 cm high by 17 cm long, and 7 cm wide (1.5 x 6.5 x 2.5 inches). The LEGO Speed Champions Porsche 963 (76916) will go on sale starting March 01, 2023, for US$24.99.
