Collectible Figure Maker, CCP, Is Selling Officially Licensed Ultraman Face Masks

By now, we have seen countless “fan face mask” with non-licensed graphics like Batman, Harry Potter, Avengers et cetera. While fans of certain pop culture has to rely on DIY pieces to satisfy their fandom, fans of Ultraman won’t have to because, Japan maker of collectible figures, CCP, has released a line of official licensed Ultraman mask dubbed “Ultra Mask” based on the Ultra series.

Altogether, there are five designs: CCP Ultra Mask Ultra Q, CCP Ultra Mask Ultraman, CCP Ultra Mask Ultra Seven, CCP Ultra Mask Ultraman Jack, and CCP Ultra Mask Kaiser Belial. Thankfully, the latter isn’t based on Belial’s mouth. That will be too traumatizing for anyone who are looking at you.

In addition to the obvious (i.e. Ultraman-themed design), the face mask features cool touch feeling perfect for the summer heat, as well as antibacterial and deodorant function. The masks are washable, but it is recommended hand-washing only.

These Ultraman Face Masks are open for pre-order from now until August 31. After which, they are expected to ship beginning of September 30, 2020. The price is 1,221 yen plus tax (1,343 yen with tax, or approximately US$13).
