you did not read wrongly and nor did we mistyped. Polaroid, the born-again instant camera company is going to offer you super affordable UHDTV and Roku-Ready Smart TV, namely the 50″ Ultra HD TV (50GSR9000) and the 50″ Roku Ready Smart TV (50GSR7100). so just how affordable those TVs are? well, the 50″ Ultra HD TV will go for under $1,000 (beating even the Seiki offering!), while the 50″ Roku Ready Smart TV cost just $599.99. now these stickers are what we call affordable. features-wise, the 50GSR7100 aka boasts over 1,000 entertainment channels with the Roku Streaming Stick plugged in, while three HDMI inputs let you hook up to whatever HDMI-equipped sources you desire for an uncompressed, crystal clear digital video and audio experience.

the star of the show is obviously the 50-inch Ultra HD TV which touts 8 million pixels for “exceptional clarity” and also has three HDMI inputs for any of your three HDMI-equipped sources such as Blu-ray player, game console and stuff. Polaroid, like many eager electronics makers, will be showing off the duo at the 2014 International CES next week. if you are fortunate enough (lucky you!) to pop by Nevada, specifically Las Vegas from January 7-10, you can steal a few look at them and other products at Central Hall, Booth #13613.
