There was a stand that make an iPhone look like a classic Macintosh and then there was one that does the same for Apple Watch. And now, there is a charging brick that looked like the beloved Macintosh. Coming from Shargeek who brought to you the super cool, transparent power bank, is the Shargeek Retro 35 GaN Charger.

Instead of the usual cube, Shargeek Retro 35 GaN Charger is a homage to the iconic Mac all-in-one, introduced 38 years ago in 1984. Obviously, it is not a licensed thing from Apple and therefore it does not bear the iconic rainbow-colored Apple logo; instead, it has a generic tri-color logo.

It is worthy to note that the charging brick has flip-out prongs for the U.S. wall outlet and so to use it outside of the U.S., in countries like the U.K., Australia, or Europe, it will need the respective adapters which are not included.

As the product name hinted, the charging brick is enabled by GaN technology and rated at 35 W. It has a USB-C interface and supports a variety of charging standards, including PPS, PD 3.0, QC 3.0, and more. It is compatible with both iOS and Android devices, as well as laptops.

In addition, it has a functional gimmick and that is a light-up “display”. When plugged in, a white “display” indicates no charging while yellow indicates it is charging at a normal rate. Meanwhile, the Blue and Green “screen” indicates fast and supercharging, respectively.

If plugged into an outlet for more than 5 minutes with no charging, the LED light will turn off. The default “screen” has a smiley face but you can design your own and print them on transparent stickers, and stick it on the screen.
