If Ultraman did have a vehicle (which he didn’t need because, teleportation), it definitely won’t be a bicycle – even if it is the world’s first custom 3D printed unibody carbon fiber composite bike. While the superhero of gigantic proportion needs no bicycle, or any vehicle for that matter, fans of Ultraman may want one decked out in Ultraman colors.
From the maker of the world’s first custom 3D printed unibody carbon fiber composite bike, currently being crowdfunded on Indiegogo, is the Superstrata Ultraman Edition Composite Bike.
Featuring the familiar red and silver colors of the superhero of alien origin, the bike shares the same construction features of the unibody CF composite bike. In addition to the Ultraman color, the bicycle is also fitted with a color timer that is synonymous with giant creature-fighting hero.
As a homage to Ultraman’s home planet of M78 Nebula, only 78 units will be offered and at a special price. Two models are being offered, namely, Superstrata Ultra-C (a pedal powered bike) and Superstrata Ultra-E (an eBike).
Each model is limited to just 39 examples, with the Superstrata Ultra-C going at a discounted US$1,799 (45% off, usual RRP is US$3,299) and the Superstrata Ultra-E, US$2,299 (49% off, usual RRP is US$4,499).
