This is a must-have for any diehard Star Wars fan. It is the Hasbro Star Wars Hoth Ice Planet Adventure Board Game based on the 1980’s game by Kenner. Hasbro Games has brought the game back as we have remembered it.
If you already destroyed/misplaced yours, or you didn’t managed to get your hands on one when it was on the market, this is the time to do so.
Granted, as far as “value” is concerned, it is not going to be valued as high as the original, but it will be decades later. For the benefit of those who know what the game is about, here’s the gist of it:
“DEFEAT DARTH VADER: Win battles against 4 Imperial enemies: Stormtrooper, Probot, AT-AT, and Boba Fett. Earn enough Force to defeat the final foe, Darth Vader to win the game.”
In addition to the lovely retro everything, you will also be getting an exclusive Luke Skywalker (Snowspeeder) action figure – in retro packaging, no less. Each set includes four Millennium Falcon tokens along with a Snowspeeder token. Designed for 2-4 players of ages 8 and up.
