There are countless Transformers collectibles in the market but I’m pretty sure that you never see this coming: a G1 Optimus Prime Collectible Action Figurine from Killerbody that, believe it or not, has a removable head that doubles as a stress-relieving fidget tool.
The oversized head sculpt/fidget tool is available as a standalone item too. But first, let’s talk about the figurine. The Killerbody G1 Optimus Prime Collectible Action Figurine has some level of articulation. It comes with two head sculpts: the aforementioned oversized head/fidget tool and a regular head sculpt.
The latter has LED eyes that are switched on by a magnetic Autobot logo which can be stored on the included display base when not in use. This adorable Optimus Prime figure is also supplied with his signature weapons, the energon axe and ion blaster.
The figure with the regular head stands 93 m (3.66”) or 100 mm (3.94”) with the base. The large head sculpt bumps up the height to 118 mm (4.65”) or 125 mm (4.92”) with the base. The base is 70 mm (2.76”) across.
Now about that oversized head sculpt… The Killerbody G1 Optimus Prime EDC Stress-relief Head Sculpt features LED eyes too. They are activated by a physical button on top of the head. When depressed the horizontal slats on Prime’s forehead will articulate too. Very cool.
The antennae flanking the sides are geared and can rotate 360 degrees. When rotating the antennae, they will produce a satisfying gearing/ratchet sound.
Around the back is where you find the star of this so-called stress-relieving fidget tool: a magnetic slider with three positions of clicking.
The mask of the large head sculpt can be removed to reveal the Autobot leader’s lower face. The oversized head sculpt measures a chunky 56 mm (2.2”) tall and comes with a display post/neck section and the same display base that comes with the figurine.
The large head sculpt when displayed on said stand is 80 mm (3.15”) tall.
