You have not been keeping track, you’d be overwhelmed by how many properties Numbskull’s TUBBZ line of cosplay ducks has now. I know I am pretty amazed at how many characters it has grown since after Back to the Future Doc Brown and Marty McFly.
Numskull’s TUBBZ line has expanded to include Dr. Seuss, DC’s The Suicide Squad, JAWS, The Lord of the Rings, Jurassic Park, Stranger Things, and now, Transformers too. Kicking off Transformers’ career as rubber duckies are nonother than the benevolent Autobot leader Optimus Prime and Decepticon’s craze leader Megatron – both inspired by their appearance in the G1 Transformers cartoon series.
However, only dear old Megatron gets a ducky beak. Prime escapes the duck face treatment because of his mouthguard.
As before, the Numskull x Transformers TUBBZ Cosplay Ducks will come in a collector’s bathtub display box that bears the Transformers logo and the ability to stack on top of other TUBBZ.
The figure is made from PVC and stands around 3.54 inches (9 cm) without the tub.
Both the Numskull Transformers Optimus Prime TUBBZ Cosplaying Duck Collectible and the Numskull Transformers Megatron TUBBZ Cosplaying Duck Collectible are available for pre-order for US$16.99 a pop, with an expected release in June 2022.
