Rolls-Royce’s latest bespoke coachbuilt will make tailgate party super luxurious. How? Well, firstly, it is a Rolls-Royce and secondly, it’s a Rolls-Royce. If that is not enough to scream luxury tailgate party, we don’t what will.
It is not a click bait statement, btw. The Boat Tail, as this one of three commissioned custom-built motor cars is called, has a rear end unlike no other.
Boat Tail is so called because it is a yacht-inspired ride. If the elongated, sloping front to rear silhouette does not remind you of a yacht, perhaps the rear would.
Resembling the aft deck, the trunk is laid with wood just like on a luxury boat. This is no ordinary trunk, though; at a press of a button, two panels, hinged towards the center line, opens in a sweeping butterfly gesture to reveal an intricate and generous hosting suite, including a bespoke champagne chest, two bottles of Armand de Brignac vintage, cuvée, caviar and blinis.
Obviously, the classy owner and his or her guest are not expected to sit on the ground and hence, there are cocktail tables too and pair of matching stools. Oh wait, did we mention it has a parasol too? Yup. It has that too. Absolutely beautiful.
I am pretty sure, the owner will feel right on the high seas while on land while sipping on the Armand de Brignac vintage that are stored inside the double refrigerator. Yup. It has that too… in the trunk.
