If you have own the current and past available MCU’s Hulkbuster action figures, you will know most of them, including Hot Toy’s, are plagued by limited articulations.
They are not able to pull of the signature Iron Man superhero landing which is kind of a bummer. Well, that apparently will be doable with ThreeZero Infinity Saga DLX Iron Man Mark 44 Hulkbuster collectible figure.
This 11.7-inch (30 cm) tall fully articulated 1/12 scale collectible figure utilizes DLX die-cast system that offers over 65 points of articulation.
ThreeZero the armor has been designed to afford a wide range of poses, including the aforementioned signature land pose.
The figure further boasts opening exterior chest armor, opening head, and interior panels that can be slid apart to insert the torso of the Iron Man Mark 43 inside. But alas, nothing is perfect because, it is lacking in the light-up department – which is also key to this figure.
All told, the ThreeZero Infinity Saga DLX Iron Man Mark 44 Hulkbuster has just three lighting functions and they are the chest, the back, and the eyes. Nothing for the palms, the soles and even the calves.
There is another trade off. It does not appear to have articulated fingers because, it comes with three pairs of interchangeable hands, including a pair of fists, a pair of relaxed hands, and a pair of open palms for firing of repulsor pose. It does, however, has a functional forearm armor as it should.
