Planning to get wedded, Evangelion-style? While it is not possible to invite EVA Units to your wedding but there is a human-size Evangelion Unit 01 which could buy. Also, you can perhaps have your photo shoot at the Toei Kyoto Studio Park, or maybe even propose there with the U-Treasure x Evangelion Spear of Gaius Ring.
The U-Treasure x Evangelion Spear of Gaius Ring is, as the name suggests, in the image of the Spear of Gaius as seen in the final Evangelion movie, Evangelion 3.0+1.0, in ring form. The ring is not specifically a wedding band, btw. It can be worn whether or not you are planning to get married, or if are married or not. It could also be part of your many Evangelion collectibles alongside the Rei Ayanami pocket watch.
Anyhoo, in the case that you use it as a wedding ring, then 16,500 yen (or about US$123) may feel a little cheap. Fret not, though because there is the Platinum edition which goes for a cool 110,000 yen, or around 818 U.S. dollars.
If 800+ dollars still feel way too cheap for your special one, there is the Spear of Cassius and Spear of Longinus version in Platinum and 18K Pink Gold that sells for 132,000 yen (roughly US$982).
Even than if that is not enough to show your sincerity, there is the Spear of Longinus Solitaire Diamond Ring in Platinum AND 18K Pink Gold going for a definitely I love you price of 330,000 yen, or about US$2,455 based on today’s going rate. If I can be honest though, I thought the U-Treasure x Evangelion Spear of Gaius Ring looks better.
