Last week Volkswagen launched a collaboration with Marvel Studios’ Ant-Man and The Wasp: Quantumania. The film, which will hit the theaters on February 17, will feature the Volkswagen ID.4 but before that, there’s a short fun commercial starring Ant-Man and Cassie Lang.
The ad is part of the global 360-degree campaign, featuring custom content made in collaboration with Marvel Studios, Bullitt, and directed by Anthony Leonardi II, long-time Marvel Studios collaborator.
Anyhoo, the ad shows Cassie got caught when trying to sneak out with the, you guessed it, ID.4. Naturally, Cassie made use of the shrinking technology to sneak out of the second-floor window. She somehow managed to open the door when in nano-size but got caught in the process by dear old daddy. As I have said, it is a fun little commercial.
The car’s appearance is not limited to the ad and the movie; it will make a red carpet appearance at the movie’s red carpet world premiere event in Los Angeles on February 06, 2023.
