One of the most memorable scenes from the original Jurassic Park (1993, Universal Pictures) film would be the Ford Explorer ravaged by the T-rex. With the Jurassic Park x Transformers Transforming Action Figure Set, however, the iconic green and strangely with tiger stripes Ford Explorer park tour vehicle will not be a sitting duck.
This Ford Explorer can be transformed into an Autobot JP93 to kick the T-rex’s ass. Then again, it may not be an easy beat down because, the accompanying transforming T-rex (an obvious repaint of the Kingdom line Megatron), dubbed Tyrannocon Rex, is very much larger both as a ferocious T-rex and as a robot.
The Jurassic Park x Transformers Transforming Action Figure Set is the latest to join Transformers crossover toy line which previously includes Top Gun, Ghostbusters, Back to the Future and X-Men.
Believe or not, I had all of those, but sold half of them because, they feel so subpar in both design and transformation sequence. Anywho, I might just give this US$104.99 a go, or may be not because, I already had the Barney-color Megatron (Beast).
